We are hoping to reach $3,500 by August 31st so we can receive our matching gift of $3,500 giving us a total of $7,000! The funds raised will help to pay stipends to our student ambassadors ($250 per student ambassador each semester). Currently, we have have raised enough funds for almost 13 ambassadors for the fall semester. We are striving for funds for all of the ambassadors for one full academic year.

We are two weeks into our FundRazor campaign for our Fulbright College Student Ambassadors! We have raised $2,606! Thank you to everyone who has already given. Your gift will help support student programming and stipends for our students.
Our students will be arriving on campus next week! In fact, on August 25th we will have our kick-off meeting with our student ambassadors, welcoming them back to campus, preparing how we can help recruit others to our Fulbright College family, and beginning our focus on professional development.
Our ultimate goal is to raise $10,000 by August 31st; however, our immediate goal is to raise $3,500. If we raise $3,500, we have a donor who will match the $3,500! This is such an exciting opportunity and we want to reach this immediate goal. Please continue to spread the word about our student ambassador fundrazor!

20 represents the number of Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences students who will participate in the program during the 2023-2024 academic year.
One student meal on campus is $10.75. This amount represents the cost of 5 meals in Fulbright Dining Hall. By providing stipends to our student ambassadors, we hope to support them with essential expenses like this.
Each student will gain leadership and professional development experiences. The average cost for each student's professional development experience is $80.00. For example, this past spring students participated in cultural competence workshops, a reception and conversation with the deans of Fulbright College, and classes in ceramic art at the Community Creative Center in Fayetteville.
Our student ambassadors share lots of fun facts and U of A history while giving tours to prospective students. For example, did you know the university is over 150 years old? We were established in 1871 and recently celebrated our sesquicentennial!
Each student will receive an annual stipend of $500 for being a Fulbright College Student Ambassador.
Our 20 student ambassadors will collectively volunteer a minimum of 1,400 hours over the course of the academic year.
