Just a quick update that thanks to your generous donations, we hit our $50k goal and have ENDOWED THE MAXINE MILLER LEGACY FUND!!! This means that funds will exist in perpetuity to support UA students in Maxine Miller’s name and memory. We couldn’t be more grateful to each of you for making this happen! Right now, the Gender Studies Program is busy sending students on research trips and to conferences and gearing up for our Research Roundtable in April, featuring undergraduate and graduate students from across campus. We are SO grateful and completely amazed at the outpouring of community support for the Maxine Miller Legacy Fund in Gender Studies at the University of Arkansas! With your help, we were able to raise $34,802 and 348% of our original goal for this campaign.

Because this tremendous group of donors kept pushing through matching gifts and stretch goals, we are so delighted to announce that this campaign has been THE MOST SUCCESSFUL CROWD-FUNDED CAMPAIGN IN THE HISTORY OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS!
