Our Organization
The UARK Esports Club started in 2018 and has grown into an organization with over 70 members. We currently have athletes competing in Overwatch, CSGO, League of Legends, Rocket League, Super Smash Bros, Valorant, and Apex Legends. We have seen great success in these games while competing in the National Association of Collegiate Esports (NACE), the National Esports Collegiate Conference (NECC), and the Southeastern Esports League (SEL).
We have seen tremendous improvement and success in our players and even had our top Valorant and Rocket League teams place 2nd in their division last semester. In addition, we started building our live-streaming and graphics team, so you can support the Esports Hogs by watching us live on Twitch or viewing past games on Youtube!
Why Are We Raising Money?
We are raising money because we currently do not have the funds ourselves to buy jerseys for all of our members. We recently designed a UARK Esports jersey, and we’d love to be able to provide these to our players so they can feel energized with team spirit and represent our school when we go out to LAN tournaments. This will also be a great way to motivate our players and reward them for their hard work in competing and improving as athletes representing the University of Arkansas.
How Can You Help?
You can help us reach our goal of raising $1,500 by March 31st by donating to any of the tiers on this page! The jerseys will cost approximately $40 each, and 100% of your contribution will support the UARK Esports Club. Gifts of all sizes will help offset the price of the jerseys and allow us to purchase them for as many of our players as possible. If you really want to lend a helping hand, you can become an ambassador for the campaign, which will give you your very own donation link that you can share with your family and friends and on your social media page. This helps pay for 2 jerseys for our players! You get a verbal shoutout in one of our livestreams, the VIP badge in our Twitch chat, and you get added to the donor list on our channel page! ($100 tax-deductible)
This helps pay for 4 jerseys for our players! You will receive all previous donation perks as well as a behind the scenes video of our players receiving their jerseys. This is the only tier that receives previous perks. ($200 tax-deductible)
